Q - How does the ordering process works?
A - It starts with conveying your idea to us in the clearest possible way.  This is done via two routes.

1) You know exactly what you want and you have a picture of it. In this case you go directly to request a quote where you can upload the picture from your computer, fill up the details and, well…..request a quote.

2) You are not sure what you want let alone have image of it and you want to see some styles.
Then just find the relevant type of jewellery in the menu on the left, browse thought the pictures in that category and when you find something that tickles your fancy, click on it and again, request quotation.

Q - When do I Pay?
A - Once the design is finalized, the price is accepted and you decide that you want to proceed with the order.  This usually happened within 14 days from the final quotation. Once the payment is cleared we will process the order and contact you again prior shipping. No item is shipped before the full payment is cleared.

Q - How do I pay?
A - EFT is the preferred and usual method of payment. Cash payment also can be arranged. Your final quotation will be entered in the website’s data base and you will be given a reference number. Entering this number in the payment section of the site will take you to a printable page with the quotation amount and Kirov JS’s bank details. You are advised to print this page and keep it together with your payment slip for your records.

Q - How long it takes to manufacture?
A - Normally about 10 days from the processing of the order. If the item is very labour intensive or its completion depends on outsourced casting services (palladium items) the manufacturing process can take longer. In such cases however the extended manufacturing time will be stated in the final quotation. You will be contacted when your item is ready to arrange pick up details and confirm shipping address.

Q - How will I receive my piece and is it safe?
A - The shipping of our jewellery within the Republic of South Africa is FREE and includes appropriate insurance until the item is delivered. We use RAM International for this service. They are the courier of choice for the diamond and jewellery industry in South Africa and deliver next day, door to door everywhere in the country. They will deliver your item physically to you whether at home or at the office. We are using the services of RAM International for many years and don’t have a single lost item.

Q - What if my piece looks different than I expected?
A - We are committed to our customers 100% satisfaction. You are covered by our 14 day money back guarantee and you will have plenty of time to examine the item. If you are not completely satisfied we will alter or even remake the item at no additional cost*. You can also request refund if that is what you wish.
