Kirov Jewellery Studio is a business in the diamond and jewellery industry with the subject of  customized design and manufacture of fine jewellery pieces. The main body of its activity is personalized jewellery made by order.

Delivery policy
All orders will be processed for manufacturing after confirmation of payment of agreed quotation price. The time frame of manufacturing an item will be fixed in the final quotation with deviation of no more than 5 working days. The average labor intensity item is usually shipped 10 days after confirmation of payment.

Shipping charges
The shipping of our jewelry within the Republic of South Africa is FREE and includes appropriate insurance until the item is delivered. We use RAM International for this service. They are the courier of choice for the diamond and jewelry industry in South Africa and deliver next day, door to door everywhere in the country.

International orders
International orders are shipped via FedEx at the cost of $80. All items are insured by Kirov Jewellery Studio until signed for. Our international customers are always notified of any additional shipping charges from the RSA to their international location before we process the order. Further, please note the international customer or recipient is responsible for any taxes and/or duties at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for specific information on that matter.

Returns and Refunds policy
As the main body of our trade is jewellery pieces made to order, our return policy is limited to
guarantee of quality of materials and craftsmanship. We offer full refund if the quality of our materials (metal purity, diamond and gemstone quality etc.) is proven different than the one on the final quotation. In the unlikely event of claims of unsatisfactory craftsmanship, we undertake to repair or even remake the entire piece. Please note that this does not cover design and proportions not meeting customer’s expectations. These two segments will be extensively pondered and agreed upon prior the manufacturing process. Claims of unsatisfactory quality and/or craftsmanship should be submitted within 14 days from the time of receiving the item. Claims on worn and damaged items will not be accepted

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made by bank transfer (EFT) into the Kirov Jewellery Studio`s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request

Customer details confidentiality
Customer details will be stored by Kirov Jewellery Studio and treated as highly confidential. In no circumstances customer’s details will be traded or made available to a third party.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the customer is South Africa.  Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Repairs
We can make most repairs to the jewelry purchased from Kirov Jewellery Studio.  There is a charge for shipping the repaired item to you.  Before sending merchandise in need of repair, please e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
